Accelerated Requisition Workflow Dramatically Increases Recruiting Speed

The requisition workflow starts with a hiring manager creating and submitting a requisition and ends with the recruiter posting the job.  

How CloudCord ETA accelerates the requisition workflow:

    • Recruiters receive requisition requests from Hiring Managers
    • Recruiters login and create requisitions in the system
    • When the requisition is created “approvers” are noted in the requisition
    • An email with all of the details of the requisition is sent to all approvers who can 'click' to approve or reject the requistion
    • Recruiters can see who has approved or rejected each requistion 
    • Once the requisition is fully approved, it is “live”.

Once the requisition is approved, it can be posted to your internal job site (for current employees only), your external facing job site, or advertising job boards such as Monster and CareerBuilder. All links in the advertisements point back to CloudCords-ETA for pre-processing of job seekers. 

Streamlined Applicant Workflow Significantly Improves Quality of Hire

The applicant workflow starts with the job posting and job seeker registration on the careers page. It ends with an offer being extended to the most qualified candidate. 

How CloudCord ETA streamlines the applicant workflow:

    • Applicant creates a profile and applies for an open position
    • Applicant takes basic eligibility assessment. CloudCords ETA accepts qualified applications and declines candidate who do not meet basic eligibility automatically
    • Applicant completes CloudCords ETA predictive assessment. CloudCords ETA scores and screens applicants in real-time based on their responses.
    • For candidates that are qualified, CloudCords ETA automatically presents interview scheduling options, enables the applicant to self-schedule the interview, and send interview details -- in real-time.
    • CloudCords ETA sends notifications to recruiter for scheduled and re-scheduled interviews and updates Outlook calendar.
    • Recruiter and Hiring Manager perform the interview. Recruiter conducts reference checks and reviews other necessary documents to determine which bucket an applicant goes in: "qualified - offer", "qualified - no-offer", or "unqualified - no offer". Depending on the bucket, CloudCords ETA automatically sends the appropriate e-mail notifying the applicant of the recruiting process outcome.
    • CloudCords ETA enables the Recruiter to update the disposition status and triggers the offer and pre-boarding stages of the hiring process.
